摘 要:数控机床是一种利用数控系统控制机床运动和加工过程的先进设备,其加工精度和质量受到多种因素的影响,如滚珠丝杆的螺距误差等。螺距误差会导致机床定位精度降低,影响加工精度。为解决这一问题,文章研究数控机床误差补偿的关键技术及其应用,介绍数控机床误差补偿的原理,分析数控机床误差补偿的基本要素,并设置数控机床误差补偿参数结构体及误差补偿流程,最后进行数控机床误差补偿实验。通过实验发现,加入补偿后,X轴的各项检验指标都得到显著改善,均满足国标允差值要求。Numerical control machine tool is a kind of advanced equipment that uses numerical control system to control machine tool movement and machining process.Its machining accuracy and quality are affected by many factors,including the pitch error of ball screw.The pitch error will reduce the positionign accuracy of the machine tool and affect the machining accurayc.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the key technology adn application of numerical control machine tool error compensaiton,introduces the principle of numerical control machine tool error compensation,analyzes the basic elements of numericl acontrol machine tool error compensation,sets the structure of numerical contlr omachine tool error compensation parameters and error compentsiaon flow,and finally carries out the error compensation experiment of numecrail control machine tool.Through the experiment,it is fountdha t after adding compensation,all the test indexes oXf axis are significantly improved,and all meet the national standard tolearnce value requirements.
