摘 要:本文针对某企业重型卡车后驱动桥轻量化设计需求,以主减速器壳体为研究对象,在缺少原始数据的情况下,采用逆向设计的方法,首先获取其点云数据,运用GeomagicWrap软件进行点云处理得到.stl格式数据,之后采用GeomagicDesignX软件进行模型重构,得到实体模型后通过SolidWorks软件进行有限元分析,得到受力结果,通过对结果的分析确定受力较小区域,并在此基础上进行轻量化设计改进,通过对重新设计的模型进行力学分析,验证了结构优化的可行性,最终实现成功减重3.14kg。This paper aims at the lightweight design requirements of the rear drive axle of a heavy truck.Take the main reducer housing as the research object.In the absence of original data,the reverse design method is adopted.First,the point cloud data is obtained,and the point cloud is processed with GeomagicWrap software to obtain the data in.stl format.After that,GeomagicDesignX software was used to reconstruct the model,and the solid model was obtained,and then the finite element analysis was carried out through SolidWorks software to obtain the stress results.Through the analysis of the results,the area with small stress is determined,and on this basis,the lightweight design is improved.Through mechanical analysis of the redesigned model,the feasibility of structural optimization was verified,and the weight reduction of 3.14kg was achieved.
