摘 要:为了提高自动化设备的应用范围,针对视觉技术在传动箱自动化作业中应用进行了探索,搭建了视觉试验系统,通过试验发现视觉系统能够清晰的分辨出零件轮廓线,增加相机分辨率后,能够准确判断出各个特征点的位置坐标,进而得出视觉系统可以作为辅助手段在自动化装配中进行应用。同时,以典型传动箱为对象开展了基于视觉系统的传动箱自动上下料探索,明确了系统组成,为基于视觉系统自动上下料实现提供了参考。通过以上研究可以得出机器视觉作为辅助手段能够实现零件位姿和外形自动识别,进而提高自动化设备柔性,提升作业效率。In order to improve the application range of automation equipment,in view of visual technology applied in the transmission case automation operation has carried on the exploration of visual experiment system,through the experiment found that the visual system can clearly distinguish parts contour,increase after the camera resolution can accurately judge the position of each feature point coordinate,then it is concluded that the visual system can be used as an auxiliary means,it is applied in automatic assembly.At the same time,taking the typical transmission system as the object,the automatic loading and unloading of the transmission box based on the vision system is explored,and the system composition is clarified,Which provides a reference for the realization of automatic loading and unloading based on the vision system.Through the above research,it can be concluded that machine vision as an auxiliary means can realize the automatic recognition of the position and shape of parts,and then improve the flexibility of automatic equipment and improve the efficiency of work.
