摘　　要：根据盾构机生产和组装车间对起重机的使用特点要求,提出一种起升滑轮组倍率的变换方法和带变倍率小车的桥式起重机。通过滑轮组的倍率变换,将桥式起重机的额定起重机由200t转化为100t,其起升速度和小车运行速度加倍,大大提高作业效率。同时在该桥式起重机上增设一台小车和抬梁组件,对主梁进行等强度和等刚度设计,在不改变主梁、端梁等主结构和大车行走机构的前提条件下,使双小车保持一定的间距抬吊400t的重物,实现额定起重量加倍。According to the requirements of crane in shield machine production and assembly workshop,a method of multiplier conversion for lifting block and a bridge crane with variable multiplier trolley are proposed.The rated crane of the bridge crane is converted from 200t to 100t by the conversion of the ratio of the pulley block,and the lifting speed and the running speed of the trolley are doubled,greatly improving the working efficiency.At the same time in the bridge crane to add a car and lifting beam assembly,the main beam for equal strength and stiffness design,without changing the main beam,end beam and other main structure and the car walking mechanism under the premise of the double car to maintain a certain distance lifting 400t heavy objects,double the rated weight.
