创业导向对原始性创新的影响研究——企业制度资本的中介作用

摘　　要：增强企业原始性创新是提升我国自主创新能力体系建设的关键。企业创新活动与战略导向密切相关,创业导向作为一种体现企业勇于冒险并积极采取行动的战略导向,能够有效促进企业实现创新突破。尽管已有研究初步探讨了创业导向对企业创新绩效的影响,然而创业导向如何作用于原始性创新尚不明晰。鉴于此,采用创业导向的新维度划分方式,将创业导向的先动性与创新性合并为创业行为维度,风险承担性定义为管理层风险态度维度,剖析了创业导向中管理层风险态度与创业行为对原始性创新的作用机理以及差异化影响,并结合资源视角与制度观点,探究两类具有转型经济制度特色的资源(正式制度资本与非正式制度资本)在创业导向与原始性创新关系间的中介作用。实证结果发现:第一,创业导向态度和行为维度对原始性创新的影响存在差异,其中,创业行为能够有效促进原始性创新,而管理层风险态度未能显现出对原始性创新的显著影响;第二,中介效应显示,管理层风险态度能够通过正式制度资本与非正式制度资本促进原始性创新,创业行为对原始性创新的作用效果也被正式制度资本和非正式制度资本部分中介。In the process of high-quality economic development in China,innovation has gradually become the prima-ry driving force,and original innovation,the most transformative and most far-reaching type of independent innovation,is particularly important.In addition to universities and scientific research institutions,firm is also a vital subject to carry out original innovation activities.Firms'innovation activities are closely related to their strategic orientation.Entrepreneurial orientation is a strategic orientation encompassing the firm's tendency to take risk and forward-looking behaviors,which can effectively promote firm to achieve innovative breakthroughs.Although previous studies have explored the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation performance,these studies only consider the common effect of the three dimen-sions of entrepreneurial orientation or only the influence of a single dimension,ignoring the shared effects of the dimen-sions in specific situations.In addition,researches mostly focus on the knowledge or operational resources when discussing the types of external resources acquired by the entrepreneurial-oriented firm,and lack the perspective of dis-cussing the acquisition of external resources in combination with China's institutional environment.In view of the above research gaps,this study adopts Anderson et al.(2015)'s proposition of dividing entrepreneurial orientation dimensions by combining innovativeness and proactiveness into entrepreneurial behaviors and defining risk taking as managerial attitude towards risk.Based on these two dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation,this study explores the heterogeneous impact of different dimensions on original innovation.Furthermore,combining with the resource demand of entrepre-neurial-oriented firms and the influence of institutional environment of Chinese firms,this study introduces formal institu-tional capital and informal institutional capital,and investigates their mediating roles in the relationship between sub-dimensions of entre
