摘  要:新时代,在“高质量发展”等旨在提高社会整体福利的创新发展战略引领下,企业开始愈发重视创新活动的“商业价值”与社会意义等“正外部性”的结合。在此背景下,有意义的创新(meaningful innovation,MI)范式兴起,企业创新的意义导向问题开始获得关注。研究聚焦有意义的创新的前因问题,探索企业心理安全氛围对创新意义导向的影响,以及组织问责机制对该关系的调节作用。研究发现:(1)企业心理安全氛围与创新意义导向(整体)及其五个分维度之间均存在显著的正向关系;(2)组织问责机制与创新意义导向(整体)及其五个分维度之间均存在显著的正向关系;(3)组织问责机制能显著负向调节企业心理安全氛围与创新意义导向之间的正向关系。In the new era,under the guidance of innovative development strategies aimed at improving the overall welfare of society,such as"high-quality development",enterprises have begun to pay more and more attention to the"pos-itive externalities"such as the combination of commercial value and social significance of innovative activities.In this context,the paradigm of meaningful innovation(MI)has emerged,and the issue of meaning-orientation(MO)of innova-tion has begun to gain attention.The paradigm emphasizes that the innovation activities of enterprises should not only re-volve around the functional and value needs of customers,but also actively respond to the needs of"positive externalities"such as social meaning,national strategy meaning and the future meaning of humanity.Enterprises should link their own development with the improvement of social welfare,the promotion of national competitiveness and the sustainable devel-opment of human beings,so as to help enterprises to free themselves from the shackles of short-termism.Instead,it is nec-essary to focus more on mid-and long-term benefits and"great innovative practices"that might lead to social progress and human development.However,despite the importance of"meaning-orientation"(MO)to enterprises,it is not readily available in innovative practice.According to the research of Wang et al(2022),the acquisition of innovative"meaning orientation"needs to go through a complex identification and transformation process,and the quantitative analysis of its antecedents lacks the sup-port of empirical evidence.Therefore,the antecedent analysis of enterprise innovation MO has both theoretical value and practical significance.Thus,this study focuses on the antecedents of innovation MO,explores the influence of corporate psychological safety climate on innovation MO,and the regulatory role of organizational accountability on this relationship.From the perspective,this study further explores the antecedents of corporate innovation MO,builds a model and ex-amines the impact of co
