摘 要:为了研究在不同预处理条件下(未干燥、干燥、干燥后浸油),绝缘垫块压缩过程中的压缩性能变化,采用电子万能试验机UTM6104,通过试验分析了影响绝缘垫块压缩性能的因素。对卸载后的压缩应变值变化情况进行了分析,并通过数学模型拟合对绝缘垫块压缩过程进行针对性描述。最后,进一步推导了绝缘垫块受压时刚度变化情况,建立了刚度模型,并对受载荷初期刚度突然降低的情况进行分析,为变压器制造中的绕组压紧过程提供了数据支撑。In order to study the changes in the compression properties of the insulated spacer during compression under different pretreatment conditions(undried,dried,oilimmersed after drying),the electronic universal testing machine UTM6104 was used to analyze the factors affecting the compression performance of the insulated spacer through experiments.The changes in the compression strain value after unloadingare analyzed,and the compression process of the insulating cushion is described in a targeted manner through mathematical model fitting.Finally,the stiffness changes of the insulated spacers when they are pressed are further derived,a stifness model is established,and the sudden decrease in stiffness in the initial stage of load is analyzed,which provides data support for the winding compression process in transformer manufacturing.
