摘 要:区域航路容量会受到空域结构、管制规则等多重因素的影响,且评估过程的复杂度较高。针对以上问题,论文首先在给定飞行高度条件下利用最大流最小割理论分析理想状态的航路容量;此外,从航段、航路交叉点、飞行高度层穿越三个方面,逐步优化现有评估模型,建立航路理论容量评估模型;最后,结合湖南空域结构和历史航班数据对模型进行了算例分析,评估了长沙区域管制范围内的航路理论容量,实例验证了此评估模型的可行性,评估结果能够客观且有效地反映出航路的容量。The capacity of regional air routes is influenced by multiple factors such as airspace structure and control rules,and the complexity of the evaluation process is relatively high.In response to the above issues,this thesis firstly uses the maximum flow minimum cut theory to analyze the ideal route capacity under given flight altitude conditions.In addition,it gradually optimizes the existing evaluation models from three aspects:flight segment,route intersection and flight level crossing,and establishes a theo-retical capacity evaluation model for the route.Finally,a example analysis is conducted on the model based on the airspace struc-ture of Hunan and historical flight data,evaluating the theoretical capacity of the air route within Changsha control airspace.The fea-sibility of this evaluation model is verified through an example,and the evaluation results can objectively and effectively reflect the capacity of the air route.
