摘  要:目的研究复方香鱼口服液及其处方药味对大鼠发热模型的解热作用。方法采用背部皮下注射干酵母法建立SD大鼠发热模型,将模型大鼠随机分为模型组、阿司匹林组、复方香鱼口服液高低剂量组、鱼腥草高低剂量组、三叶香茶菜高低剂量组,给药后6 h测量各组大鼠的肛温,酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血浆中前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)及下丘脑中cAMP水平;采用腹腔注射脂多糖(LPS)法建立SD大鼠发热模型,分组同干酵母致热实验,给药后4 h测量各组大鼠的肛温,ELISA法检测血浆cAMP及下丘脑中PGE2水平。结果干酵母致大鼠发热模型:与模型组相比,各给药组大鼠体温均明显下降,且复方鱼香口服液的解热作用优于单味药;复方香鱼口服液高低剂量组、鱼腥草高剂量组、三叶香茶菜高剂量组大鼠血浆及下丘脑cAMP水平显著降低;复方香鱼口服液高剂量组大鼠血浆PGE2水平显著降低。LPS致大鼠发热模型:与模型组相比,复方香鱼口服液高低剂量组、鱼腥草高剂量组、三叶香茶菜高低剂量组大鼠体温均明显下降;复方香鱼口服液高低剂量组、鱼腥草高剂量组、三叶香茶菜高低剂量组血浆cAMP水平显著降低;复方香鱼口服液高低剂量组、鱼腥草高低剂量组、三叶香茶菜高剂量组下丘脑PGE2水平显著降低。结论复方香鱼口服液具有明显的解热作用,且作用强于单味药,其解热作用可能与抑制cAMP、PGE2的合成与分泌,从而截断体温调节点上移有关。Objective To study the antipyretic effect of compound Xiangyu oral liquid and its prescription on rat fever model.Methods The fever model of SD rats was established by subcutaneous injection of dry yeast on the back.The model rats were randomly divided into the model group,aspirin group,the high and low doses of compound Xiangyu oral liquid groups,the high and low doses of Houttuynia cordata groups,the high and low doses of Isodonis ternifoliae groups.The anal temperature of rats in each group was measured in 6 hours after drug interventions.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the levels of prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2)),cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)in plasma and cAMP in hypothalamus.The fever model of SD rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and these rats were grouped similar to that of dry yeast induced fever experiment.The anal temperature of rats in each group was measured in 4 hours after drug administration.ELISA was used to detect the levels of plasma cAMP and hypothalamus PGE2.Results Yeast-induced fever model in rats:Compared with the model group,the anal temperature of rats was decreased significantly in each administration group,and the antipyretic effect of compound Xiangyu oral liquid was better than that of single drug.The levels of cAMP in plasma and hypothalamus of rats were markedly decreased in high and low dose groups of compound Xiangyu oral liquid,high dose group of Houttuynia cordata and high dose group of Isodonis ternifoliae.The level of plasma PGE_(2)was decreased significantly in the high dose group of compound Xiangyu oral liquid.LPS-induced fever model in rats:Compared with the model group,the anal temperature of rats was decreased obviously in the high and low dose groups of compound Xiangyu oral liquid,the high dose group of Houttuynia cordata,and the high and low dose groups of Isodonis ternifoliae.The levels of plasma cAMP were decreased obviously in the high and low dose groups of compound Xiangyu oral liquid,the h
