摘　　要：“黄河生命”概念是河流伦理的哲学基础,是水利生态哲学重要概念。5 000多年来,中国人民创造了许多光载史册的伟大水利工程,对中国经济-社会-文化发展作出了重大贡献,有些至今仍然在发挥伟大的作用。中国水利事业从古代水利到工程水利再到资源水利发展,直至现在提出“生态水利”,表明进入了全新的发展阶段。古代水利,实际上是工程水利、资源水利和生态水利统一的最早的表达方式。这是中国水利事业的宝贵遗产。现在我们的水利建设是发展生态水利。在水利水电工程中传播环境伦理,既是水利建设的需要,又是环境伦理学的重要实践,具有重要的理论和实际意义。The concept of“life of the Yellow River”serves as the philosophical foundation of river ethics and is an important concept in hydraulic ecological philosophy.For over five thousand years,the Chinese people have created many monumental hydraulic engineering projects,making significant contributions to the economic,social,and cultural development of China.These achievements continue to play a pivotal role to this day.Water conservancy undertakings in China have evolved from ancient hydraulic systems to engineering-based hydraulic practices and resource-based water management,and now“ecological water conservancy”has been put forward.This marks a new stage in the development of water conservancy.Ancient hydraulic systems,in fact,are the earliest integration of engineering-based hydraulic practices,resource-based water management,and ecological water conservancy.This is the rich heritage of China's water conservancy undertakings.Currently,our water conservancy construction is geared towards the development of ecological water conservancy.Promoting environmental ethics within water conservancy and hydropower projects is not only a requirement of water conservancy construction but also a significant practical application of environmental ethics,carrying both theoretical and practical significance.
