中国环境伦理学研究动态分析——基于2022年的研究成果

摘　　要：我国的环境伦理学研究大致经历了三个发展阶段,即环境保护阶段(20世纪80年代中期至2007年)、生态文明建设阶段(2007年至2022年)和中国式现代化建设阶段(2022年以来)。这三个阶段的研究重心和研究主题分别是引进和吸收西方环境伦理思想资源、整合中西方环境伦理学智慧、实现环境伦理学话语体系的本土化与中国化。2022年,我国环境伦理学研究较多地集中于环境伦理学基础理论(尤其是中国式现代化的环境伦理意涵)、西方环境伦理思想、生态正义(包括习近平生态文明思想中的生态正义理念)三个主题。2022年的环境伦理学研究出现了许多值得关注的新议题,如人工智能引发的伦理问题、环境哲学视域中的资本逻辑命题的缺陷、马克思主义的自然解放理论、哈格罗夫的太空环境伦理思想、拉图尔的盖娅伦理思想等,其中,对动物正义与动物政治的探讨、对后疫情时代的环境伦理学的构思这两个研究动向尤其值得关注。The research in environmental ethics in China has undergone roughly three developmental stages:the environmental protection stage(mid-1980s to 2007),the ecological civilization construction stage(2007 to 2022),and the Chinese-style modernization construction stage(since 2022).The research focus and themes of these three stages are different,importing and assimilating Western environmental ethics ideas,integrating Eastern and Western environmental ethics wisdom,and achieving localization and sinicization of the discourse system in environmental ethics.In China,environmental ethics research in 2022 has predominantly focused on three main themes:the foundational theories of environmental ethics(particularly the implications for Chinese-style modernization in environmental ethics),Western environmental ethics ideas,and ecological justice(including the ecological justice concepts within Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought).In 2022,environmental ethics research has witnessed the emergence of several noteworthy new topics.These include ethical concerns arising from artificial intelligence,shortcomings in the proposition of capital logic within the framework of environmental philosophy,Marxist theories of natural liberation,Hargrove's space environmental ethics,and Latour's Gaia ethics,etc.Among them,the exploration of animal justice and animal politics,as well as the conceptualization of environmental ethics in the post-pandemic era,stand out as particularly worthy of attention.
