摘  要:[目的]对壮药多裂黄檀不同极性部位的总黄酮含量进行测定,并评价其体外抗氧化活性。[方法]采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠法测定多裂黄檀不同极性部位的总黄酮含量,以其对DPPH、ABTS自由基清除能力和总抗氧化能力分析不同极性部位体外抗氧化活性。[结果]多裂黄檀不同极性部位的总黄酮含量为4.28%~36.44%,黄酮类成分多富集于乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位;抗氧化结果显示,乙酸乙酯部位抗氧化活性最强,清除DPPH和ABTS自由基的IC50分别为(0.3777±0.0072)mg/ml和(0.0669±0.0007)mg/ml,总抗氧化能力的FRAP值为(1.5945±0.0120)mmol/g。[结论]乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位为多裂黄檀抗氧化的主要活性部位,可为该植物的开发研究提供科学依据。[Objective]To determine the content of total flavonoids in different polar parts of Dalbergia rimosa Roxb.and to evaluate the antioxidant activity in vitro.[Methods]The content of total flavonoids in different polar parts was determined by NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH method,and different polar parts were analyzed based on the scavenging ability of DPPH and ABTS free radicals and total antioxidantability in vitro antioxidant activities[.Results]The total flavonoid content of different polar parts of Dalbergia rimosa Roxb.ranged from 4.28%to 36.44%,and flavonoids were mainly enriched in ethyl acetate part and n-butanol part.The IC50 of scavenging DPPH and ABTS free radicals were(0.3777±0.0072)mg/ml and(0.0669±0.0007)mg/ml,respectively.The FRAP value of total antioxidant ability was(1.5945±0.0120)mmol/g.[Conclusion]The ethyl acetate part and n-butanol part were the main antioxidant active parts,which could lay a foundation for the development and study of antioxidant active chemical constituents in Dalbergia rimosa Roxb.
