摘  要:为了探究噻虫嗪对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)的影响,开展噻虫嗪对克氏原螯虾的急性毒性试验和14 d的慢性暴露试验,对克氏原螯虾的肝胰腺进行病理损伤和生化酶活分析。结果显示,噻虫嗪对克氏原螯虾的24、48、96 h的半致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为3.611,3.014和2.100 mg/L;噻虫嗪对克氏原螯虾的安全浓度(SC)为0.21 mg/L;通过14 d的噻虫嗪暴露试验,当暴露在52.5μg/L(1/4 LC_(50))和105.0μg/L(1/2 LC_(50))时,克氏原螯虾的肝胰腺都发生管腔扩大、上皮空泡化的损伤,总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的浓度显著上升,表明肝脏中有大量活性氧(ROS),肝胰腺发生氧化应激反应。To explore the effect of pesticide thiamethoxam on Procambarus clarkii,the acute toxicity experiment of thiazide on P.clarkii was carried out.The chronic exposure experiment of thiamethoxam for 14 days was carried out to study the pathological damage and enzyme activity of hepatopancreas in P.clarkii.The results showed that the 24,48 and 96 h semi-lethal concentrations of thiamethoxam to P.clarkii were 3.611,3.014 and 2.100 mg/L,respectively,and the safe concentration of thiamethoxam to P.clarkii was 0.21 mg/L.The hepatopancreas of Procambarus clarkii were enlarged and vacuolated when exposed to 52.5μg/L(1/4LC_(50))and 105.0μg/L(1/2LC_(50))for 14 days.The results showed that the activities of T-SOD and CAT and the concentrations of MDA,GPX and GSH increased significantly,which indicated that there was a large amount of ROS in the liver and oxidative stress occurred in the hepatopancreas.This study can provide theoretical support for the toxic mechanism of thiamethoxam on P.clarkii.
