摘 要:盾构开挖过程中常常会通过不同类型的土层,配比单一的同步注浆材料并不能在所有类型土层表现出最佳效果。本文依托厦门地铁3号线双沪站-空港经济区站区间段,结合地层勘察结果,根据不同地层的性能适配了不同的注浆料配合比并对其进行泌水率、扩展流动度以及抗压强度试验。最终得出适用不同土层的最佳配合比。During the excavation process of shield tunneling,different types of soil layers are often used,and a single proportion of synchronous grouting materials cannot perform the best effect in all types of soil layers.This article relies on the section between Shuanghu Station and Airport Economic Zone Station of Xiamen Metro Line 3,combined with geological survey results,and adapts different grouting material proportions based on the performance of different strata,and conducts tests on their bleeding rate,expanded fluidity,and compressive strength.Finally,the optimal mix ratio suitable for different soil layers is determined.
