摘  要:国家和社会各界对职业教育特别是高等职业教育日趋重视,高职院校为国家培养了大量优秀的应用型、技能型人才,但高职学生心理健康问题却频频发生,学生的心理健康值得关注。心理问题会影响高职学生的学习以及生活,不利于他们健康成长。文章基于元认知心理干预技术的运用案例,提出解决高职学生心理问题的实践路径,以期对高职学生的心理健康发展提供参考。The country and various sectors of the society are increasingly attaching importance to vocational education,especially higher vocational education.Vocational colleges have trained a large number of excellent applied and skilled talents for the country.However,with the frequent occurrence of mental health problems among vocational college students,their mental health deserves attention.Psychological problems can affect the learning and life of vocational college students,which is not conducive to their healthy growth.The article proposes practical paths to solve psychological problems of vocational college students through the application of meta-cognitive psychological intervention technology,to provide a reference for the psychological health development of vocational college students.
