摘  要:利用Motion模块,对系列万能式断路器操作机构及触头系统的储能、合闸、分闸3个过程进行运动仿真。首先通过UG建立三维模型,运用布置功能建立3个初始状态,作为3个运动过程的动力学模型。其次根据实际运动关系,设置零部件运动参数,求解得到动态运动特性,包括力、时间、扭矩等,分析操作机构、触头系统主要结构参数对运动特性的影响。通过分析可知,机构不会出现假合闸,且分闸时间在10 ms内。与试验数据相对比,保证动力学模型和仿真结果正确度。在此基础上,梳理运动仿真过程中关键参数调整与注意事项,为优化设计和性能提高提供可靠方法。Energy storage process,closing process and opening process of operating mechanism and contact system in series ACB products are simulated and studied based on Motion modular.Firstly,a three-dimensional model is established through UG.Using arrangement function,three initial states are built as the dynamic model of the three processes.Secondly,according to the actual motion relationship,the dynamic parameters are set up.Dynamic motion characteristics are got,including force value,time value,torque value and so on after solving.The influence of the main structural parameters of the operating mechanism and contact system on the motion characteristics is analyzed.According to analysis result,mechanism will not occur false closing,and closing time can be controlled in 10 ms.According to compare to test data,the correction of dynamic model and simulation results can be ensure.On this basis,the key parameters setting and matters needing attention during simulation process are summarized,which can supply responsible approach to optimal design and characteristics improvement.
