摘　　要：目前,中国旅游高等教育面临着前所未有的挑战,各高校肩负着代际转换与接力的重要使命。随着新文科建设的持续推进,一流本科建设在持续发展中。酒店管理专业作为一流本科建设的重要领域,在实际建设中也暴露出一系列问题,迫切需要通过建设一流师资队伍、加大产教融合力度、完善监管与评价体系等进一步开拓酒店管理一流本科专业的路径,为酒店管理一流本科专业建设提供参考。At present,China's tourism higher education is facing unprecedented challenges,and all colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of intergenerational transformation and relay.With the continuous advancement of the construction of new liberal arts,the construction of first-class undergraduate is in continuous development.As an important field in the construction of first-class undergradu-ate courses,hotel management has also exposed a series of problems in the actual construction.It is urgent to further improve the path of first-class undergraduate courses in hotel management through the construction of first-class teachers,the integration of industry and education,and supervision and evaluation system,so as to provide references for the construction of first-class undergraduate specialty in hotel manage-ment.
