课程思政赋能旅游管理专业案例开发的研究——以“旅游企业人力资源管理”为例

摘　　要：在“立德树人”“三全育人”的要求下,将思想政治教育融入旅游管理专业研究生“旅游企业人力资源管理”课程中,“教学案例与思政融合”是一种有效途径。文章首先分析本土案例在与“思政”融合方面存在的不足,进而提出开发和编写具有一定思政水平的旅游企业人力资源管理案例的对策及有效路径,从而实现课程思政赋能教学案例开发的目标。Under the requirements of“strengthening moral education and cultivating people”and“the Three All-round Education”,ideological and political education is integrated into the course“Human Resource Management of Tourism Enterprises”for postgraduate stu-dents majoring in tourism management,and the“integration of teaching cases and ideology and politics education”is an effective way.This paper fi rst points out the existing shortcomings of local cases in the integration of ideology and politics education,and then puts forward the countermeasures and effective paths for developing and compiling human resources management cases of tourism enterprises with a certain ideological and political level,so as to achieve the goal of developing teaching cases empowered by ideology and politics education in the course.
