摘  要:镍基单晶高温合金性能优越是航空发动机热端部件如涡轮盘的理想材料,然而镍基单晶高温合金车削加工存在切削力大和刀具磨损严重等问题,限制了零件的加工质量和效率。通过镍基单晶高温合金单因素车削试验,分析了不同车削工艺参数对车削力F_(∑)的影响规律,探究了镍基单晶高温合金刀具磨损机理,提出了防止切削力过大和减缓刀具磨损的措施。试验结果表明车削镍基单晶高温合金车削力F_(∑)随着切削速度vs的增大而减小,而随着进给速度v_(w)和切削深度a_(p)的增大而变大;刀具主要出现磨粒磨损、粘结磨损和涂层剥落3种损伤形式。Nickel-based single crystal superalloys with superior performance are ideal materials for hot end parts such as turbine disks of aeroengines.However,there are many problems in turning Nickel-based single crystal superalloys,such as high cutting force and serious tool wear,which limit the machining quality and efficiency of parts.Through the single factor turning test of Nickel-based single crystal superalloy,the influence law of different turning parameters on turning force was analyzed,the tool wear mechanism of Nickel-based single crystal superalloy was explored,and the measures to prevent excessive cutting force and slow tool wear were putforward.The experimental results show that the turning force of nickel-based single crystal superalloy decreases with the increase of cutting speed v s,but increases with the increase of feed speed v_(w)and cutting depth a_(p).There are mainly three tool′s damage forms:abrasive wear,adhesivewear and coating peeling.
