系统推进新时代高等教育评价改革路径探究

摘　　要：系统推进新时代高等教育评价改革是落实党的二十大精神的重要举措,也是新时代高等教育人才培养的应然要求。对标党和国家加快构建中国特色、世界先进水平的高质量教育评价体系的要求,需要准确把握新时代高等教育评价内涵、要素,准确理解我国高等教育评价的历史变迁及现实特征,深入剖析我国高等教育评价现状——还存在立德树人评价指标较为抽象且难以量化、评价参与主体多元分散且协同发力不足、评价质效较低且增值评价尚有欠缺、评价方式滞后且尚不能适应数字时代转型需要等问题。为此,应树立系统推进理念,构建以立德树人为核心的高等教育评价价值导向体系、多元协同参与的高等教育评价主体体系、突出内涵的高等教育质效保障体系、科学高效的高等教育评价方式体系等,从而实现对传统教育评价的价值重建、结构重组、机制再造、文化重构,不断激发高校发展的内生动力和活力,推动我国高等教育高质量发展。and difficult to quantify fostering virtue through education evaluation indicators,multiple and scattered evaluation participants and insufficient collaborative effort,low evaluation quality and effectiveness,lack of value-added evaluation,lagging evaluation methods and inability to adapt to the transformation needs of the digital era.Therefor,a systematic promotion concept should be established.The system should include a higher education evaluation value oriented system with moral education,a higher education evaluation subject system with multiple collaborative participation,a higher education quality and effectiveness guarantee system with prominent connotations,and a scientific and efficient higher education evaluation method system,etc..And then,the system will realize the value reconstruction,structural restructuring,mechanism reconstruction,and cultural reconstruction of traditional education evaluation.It constantly inspires the endogenous motivation and vitality of the development of universities and promotes the high-quality development of our country’s higher education.
