药物化学课堂引入侦探情境的教学研究

摘  要:为适应“以学生为中心”的教学理念激发学生学习热情,以镇静催眠药三唑仑为代表,通过设置刑事案例场景就药物分析、药理作用和不良反应等模块进行剖析。同时,将逆合成分析策略引入教学环节,利用分子结构特点切断酰胺和烯胺键得到基础中间体2-氨基-2′,5-二氯二苯酮,然后依照1,4-苯二氮杂䓬-2-酮类药物常规制备方法设计不同的合成路线,并以对氯苯胺和邻氯苯甲酰氯为原料制备三唑仑的合成工艺进行探讨。实践表明将侦探情境引入到课程教学,能够提升学生对于专业课程的趣味性,培养学生的综合技能和逆向思维能力,提升创新意识。Aiming at adaptation to the“student-centered”concept and stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning,a strategy of detective contexts in the course of sedative-hypnotic drug in medicinal chemistry was proposed.Taking the drug triazolam as an example,the chemical analysis,pharmacological effect and adverse reaction are discussed in the special setting.Meanwhile,using the retrosynthetic analysis strategy,the obtained intermediate 2-amino-2′,5-dichlorobenzophenone by means of cutting the amide and enamine bonds was mentioned and different corresponding synthetic routes were designed according to the conventional preparation method of 1.4-benzodiazepine-2-one,among which the process of p-chloroaniline and o-chlorobenzoyl chloride as raw materials for preparation of triazolam was further described.Results showed that introducing detective contexts into classroom can not only enhance the students’interests on theoretical course,cultivate the comprehensive skills and reverse thinking ability,but also improve their creativity awareness.
