摘　　要：职业培训是职业教育的重要组成部分,也是职业院校的法定职责。职业培训承担着时代赋予的重要使命,是职业化人才培养的主阵地。职业院校的职业培训融入课程思政,能够更好地实现价值引领,促进职业人才的成长与发展。通过建立专门职能部门与二级学院相互配合的职业培训管理体系,确保学习者成为政治方向正确、职业态度端正、德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者。Vocational training is an important part of vocational education and a statutory duty of vocational institutions.Vocational training bears the important mission given by the times,and is the main position for the training of vocational talents.Vocational training in vocational colleges and universities is integrated into course ideology and politics to better realize the growth and development of value-led vocational talents,and to establish a vocational training management system in which specialized functional departments and second-level colleges cooperate with each other in order to ensure that the learners become workers with a correct political orientation,a correct attitude towards their profession,and a harmonious development of the individual and the society.
