摘　　要：青少年校园法治教育对法治国家、法治社会、法治政府一体化建设具有重要意义。开展校园法治教育是全面建设法治社会的必然要求,是促进学生全面发展的现实需要,是有效预防违法犯罪的重要举措。针对我国校园法治教育存在的法律法规尚不完善、工作机构和队伍有待健全、教育方式方法缺乏创新、法治观念需要增强等问题,应该完善青少年校园法治教育制度,加强青少年校园法治教育机构建设,创新青少年校园法治教育工作,开展以宪法为核心的青少年校园法治教育。The legal education for teenagers in campus is of great significance to the integrated construction of the country,society and government under the rule of law.To carry out campus legal education is an inevitable requirement for building a society under the rule of law in an all-round way,a realistic need to promote students'all-round development,and an important measure to effectively prevent illegal crimes.There are a few issues urgently needed to be figured out,including the incomplete existing laws and regulations of campus legal education in China,the imperfect working institutions and teams,the conventional education methods,and the weak concept of rule of law.As for the optimization of the legal education for teenagers in campus,therefore,it is necessary to improve the legal education system,strengthen the construction of legal education institutions,innovate legal education,and carry out legal education with the Constitution as the core.
