开放阅读视域下地方医学院校图书馆资源优化配置策略研究

摘　　要：信息技术的改变推动着全民阅读时代的到来,用户获取信息资源的方式也随之发生改变。目前,地方医学院校图书馆是以资源建设为主、智慧服务为辅的图书馆,该文结合开放阅读的背景,通过分析地方医学院校资源配置现状指出存在问题,并从资源建设方面提出了构建知识库、数据挖掘与分析流通数据、加强馆员继续教育的改革策略,旨在为图书馆从资源建设向资源和服务能力相结合的转变提供方向,最终成为以服务来吸引用户的智慧图书馆。The change of information technology promotes the arrival of the nationwide reading era,and the way that users obtain information resources has changed accordingly.At present,the libraries of local medical colleges is based on resource construction and supplemented by smart services.Combined with the background of open reading,this article analyzes the current situation of resource allocation in local medical colleges,points out existing problems,and proposes reform strategies for building knowledge bases,mining data,analyzing circulation data and strengthening continuing education for librarians from the perspective of resource construction,aiming to provide the direction for libraries to transform from resource construction to the combination of resources and service capabilities and ultimately become smart libraries that attract users with services.
