微种植体支抗辅助正畸与传统正畸在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔正畸治疗中应用微型种植体支抗辅助正畸与传统正畸的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年3月于成武县人民医院接受口腔正畸治疗的74例患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为传统组与微种植体组,各37例。传统组接受传统正畸治疗,微种植体组接受微型种植体支抗治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组咀嚼效率、咬合力高于治疗前,且微种植体组高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组菌斑指数、出血指数、牙龈指数均低于治疗前,且微种植体组低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。微种植体组正畸成功率高于传统组,不良反应总发生率低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统正畸方法,微型种植体支抗辅助正畸的治疗效果更好,可改善患者咀嚼功能、牙周健康情况,提高正畸成功率,且不良反应更少。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of micro-implant anchorage assisted orthodontics and traditional orthodontics in orthodontic treatment.Methods:A total of 74 patients who received orthodontic treatment in Chengwu County People's Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into traditional group and micro-implant group by using the lot method,with 37 cases in each group.The traditional group received traditional orthodontic treatment,and the micro-implant group received micro-implant anchorage treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the masticatory efficiency and biting force in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the micro-implant group was higher than the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plaque index,bleeding index and gingival index in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the micro-implant group was lower than the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).The success rate of orthodontic treatment in the micro-implant group was higher than that in the traditional group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the micro-implant group was lower than that in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional orthodontic methods,the micro-implant anchorage assisted orthodontic treatment has better effects,and can improve patients'masticatory function and periodontal health,increase success rate of orthodontic treatment,and have fewer adverse reactions.
