摘 要:本试验用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计法对不合格的梭子蟹中镉含量进行不确定度评定。依据GB 5009.15—2014中原子吸收分光光度法检测方法,样品经微波消解赶酸后,使用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计进一步测定镉含量,并以JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中不确定度评定方法为参考,计算各不确定度分量。评定结果显示梭子蟹中镉含量为2.324 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.090 mg/kg(k=2)。结果表明:石墨炉原吸光谱法测定不合格梭子蟹中镉含量的不确定度主要来自标准曲线拟合,其次是系统偏差。The uncertainty of cadmium content in unqualified crab was evaluated by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer.According to the method of atomic absorption spectrophotometry in GB 5009.15—2014,after the sample was digested by microwave to drive the acid,the cadmium content in the portunus crab was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer,and the uncertainty components were calculated according to the provisions of JJF 10591—2012“Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”.The calculated results showed that the cadmium content was 2.324 mg/kg and the extended uncertainty was 0.090 mg/kg(k=2).The results show that the uncertainty of cadmium content in unqualified crab by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is mainly derived from standard curve fitting,followed by systematic deviation.
