摘　　要：本文介绍了一种针对中国汽车工程学会巴哈大赛的小型越野赛车的集成式四驱传动系统,包括动力传力路线的确定、各级机构布置和设计方案、主要参数设计等。该系统创新性的给出了一种集成式布置方案,并且集成了一定程度的电控系统,同时较好的实现了轻量化、小型化设计。同时本文探讨了该传动系统及主流四驱传动方案在中国汽车工程学会巴哈大赛及驾驶操控中的优缺点,文中给出的传动比选取方法也有一定的参考价值。通过整体性设计,让赛车的通过脱困能力、爬坡性能等都有了一定的提升。This paper introduces an integrated four-drive transmission system for the small off-road race car in the Baja Competition of the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineering,including the power transmission route,all levels of mechanism layout,parameter design,and so on.The system gives an innovative integrated layout scheme,which better realizes the lightweight design.At the same time,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the transmission system and the mainstream four-drive transmission scheme in the Baja Competition of China Automotive Engineering Society and driving control.The transmission ratio selection method given in this paper also has some reference value.
