摘　　要：在中国,汽车工业已经成为了一个支柱型的产业,随着人们生活水平的不断提升,私有车辆的保有水平正在不断地提升,对于各种汽车机械零部件的需求也在不断地上升,这对汽车机械零部件加工专业的人才提出了更高的要求。而如何能够培养这一方面的高水平人才已经成为了各个中职院校所共同面临的问题。因此本文对汽车机械零部件加工企业校企合作人才培养创新模式进行探索,以期能够为这一方面的工作提供更多的帮助。In our country,the automotive industry has become a pillar industry,with the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the ownership level of private vehicles is continuously improving,for a variety of automotive machinery parts also rises,the demand for automotive machinery parts processing professionals set higher requirements.How to train high-level talents in this aspect has become a common problem faced by all secondary vocational schools.Therefore,this paper explores the innovative mode of school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training for auto machinery parts processing enterprises,in order to provide more help for this aspect of work.
