农业高校大学生游泳运动员间歇性训练提高有氧耐力的影响研究

摘  要:农业高校大学生游泳运动员受课业学习、训练方法、场馆设施条件等因素的影响,导致训练水平不足,同时缺乏科学指导和创新的训练理念,严重影响了运动水平的提升及优异成绩的取得。间歇性训练是运动训练众多方法中的一种,在专业运动训练中运用广泛,推动间歇性训练在农业高校大学生游泳运动中的运用,是提升训练效果的重要途径和方法。文章综合分析了近些年间歇性游泳训练在大学生群体中运用的相关文献,对间歇性训练的基本理论、具体方法进行了详细的阐述,并将实验研究结果对有氧耐力相关生理指标做了详细的列举,针对间歇性训练对农业高校大学生游泳运动员有氧耐力的影响做出了综合述评。The swimmer of agricultural university students are affected by the factors such as academic study,training methods,venues and facilities,resulting in insufficient training level,lack of scientific guidance and innovative training concepts,which seriously affects the improvement of sports level and the achievement of excellent results.Intermittent training is one of the many methods of sports training,widely used in professional sports training.Promoting the application of intermittent training in swimming for agricultural university students is an important way and method to improve training effectiveness.The article comprehensively analyzes the relevant literature on the application of intermittent swimming training in college students in recent years,elaborates on the basic theory and specific methods of intermittent training,and provides detailed experimental research results on physiological indicators related to aerobic endurance.This paper makes a comprehensive review of the impact of interval training on aerobic endurance of swimmer in agricultural colleges and universities.
