针药结合治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针药结合治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效及其优势。方法:收集98例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予叶酸片治疗,观察组给予针药结合治疗,总疗程3个月。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、临床疗效、胃镜积分、病理积分、胃功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果:中医证候积分:治疗后两组中医证候积分均较前降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;临床疗效:对照组、观察组的总有效率分别为71.74%、85.11%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;胃镜积分:治疗后两组各项评分均较前改善,观察组(除黏膜隆起外)效果更好(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;病理积分:治疗后两组各项评分均较前改善,且观察组更优(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;胃功能指标:两组胃功能指标经治疗后均升高,且观察组(除PGⅡ外)效果更为明显(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义(除PGⅡ外);不良反应发生率:对照组、观察组患者不良反应发生率分别为6.52%、4.26%,两组比较(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论:针药结合治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著,可明显改善患者胃黏膜萎缩状况及胃功能指标,且安全性良好,整体治疗优势突出,值得临床推广与应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and advantages of acupuncture combined with medication in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis caused by weakness of spleen and stomach.Methods:98 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis caused by weakness of spleen and stomach were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with folic acid tablets,and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with medication,with a total course of three months.The TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,gastroscopy score,pathological score,gastric function index and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),with the statistically significant difference.Clinical efficacy:The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 71.74%and 85.11%,respectively.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Gastroscopy score:After treatment,the scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the effect of the observation group(except for mucosal eminence)was better(P<0.05),with the statistically significant difference.Pathological score:After treatment,the scores of both groups were improved,and the observation group was better(P<0.05),with the statistically significant difference.Gastric function index:The gastric function indexes of the two groups increased after treatment,and the effect of the observation group(except PGⅡ)was more obvious(P<0.05),with the statistically significant difference(except PGⅡ).Incidence of adverse reactions:The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the
