摘　　要：目的:探讨在线社会技能训练对社区精神分裂症患者生存质量和社会功能的影响。方法:将2021年7月至12月符合标准的上海社区精神分裂症患者150例随机分成干预组及对照组各75例。对照组采用社区严重精神障碍患者服务管理,干预组在社区严重精神障碍患者服务管理的基础上开展在线心理社会技能训练,用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定精神症状严重程度,世界卫生组织生存质量评定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评定患者生存质量,个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评定患者的社会功能。结果:干预24周后,干预组PANSS得分、WHOQOL-BREF得分、PSP得分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。干预组PANSS得分、WHOQOL-BREF得分、PSP得分干预前后差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论:在线心理社会技能训练有助于减轻精神分裂症患者的精神症状,改善其生存质量,提升社会功能。Objective:To explore the effect of online psychosocial skills training on the quality of life of schizophrenic patients in community.Method:A total of 150 patients with schizophrenia in community in Shanghai from July to December 2021 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 75 cases each.The control group adopted community service management for patients with severe mental disorders,while the intervention group carried out online psycho-social skills training on the basis of community service management for patients with severe mental disorders.The severity of mental symptoms was assessed by positive and negative syndrome(PANSS),quality of life by WHO quality of life questionnaire-brief(WHOQOL-BREF),social function by personal and social performance(PSP).Results:After 24 weeks of intervention,PANSS score,WHOQOL-BREF score,PSP score of the intervention group were significantly different from those of the control group(all P<0.01).PANSS score,WHOQOL-BREF score,PSP score before and after intervention showed statistically significant difference(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Online psychosocial skills training for schizophrenics is helpful to alleviate their mental symptoms,improve their quality of life and enhance their social function.
