摘 要:钢丝绳在工业中应用广泛,定期对钢丝绳进行检测,防止产生的局部缺陷造成致命事故。应用漏磁检测采集信号时,不可避免地会产生抖动噪声,极大影响低频噪声检测精度,需要去噪处理。传统去噪方法会导致损伤信号特征丢失。提出了一种去除钢丝绳漏磁信号噪声的方法,采用中值滤波作差抑制信号中的噪声以及基线漂移现象,通过信号包络实现低频信号能量集中,最后采用SG平滑并通过多通道信号合并插值生成清晰的损伤图像。量化计算结果表明:所提方法能够有效抑制噪声,最大程度地保留损伤信号峰值特征。Wire ropes are widely used in industry,so it is necessary to regularly inspect wire ropes to prevent local defects from causing fatal accidents.When applying magnetic flux leakage testing to collect signals,jitter noise will inevitably occur,which will greatly affect the accuracy of low-frequency noise detection and need to be denoised.Traditional denoising methods can also lead to the loss of damage signal characteristics.This paper proposed a method to remove the noise of magnetic flux leakage signal of wire ropes,which used the median filtering as a difference to suppress the noise and the baseline drift in the signal.At the same time,the low-frequency signal energy was concentrated through the signal envelope,and finally,SG smoothing was used to generate a clear damage image through multi-channel signal merging and interpolation.The quantitative calculation results showed that the method proposed in this paper could effectively suppress the noise and retain the peak characteristics of damage signal to the greatest extent.
