摘 要:采用旋转黏度计研究了固体物料真密度、粒度组成、表面润湿性对选煤生产用重介质悬浮液黏度的影响规律。结果表明:随固体体积分数升高,黏度增加;当体积分数增大到25%~30%时,悬浮液黏度随固体体积分数增加而急剧增大。相同体积分数下,物料真密度对黏度的影响不显著,表面润湿性对黏度影响显著,亲水性物料形成的悬浮液黏度明显高于疏水性物料。物料粒度在250~45μm变化时,物料的黏度变化不大;当粒度小于45μm时,亲水性物料的黏度升高,疏水性物料的黏度降低。重介质选煤生产中,应选择合适的悬浮液分流以保证合介黏度。The influence of true density,particle size composition and surface wettability of solid materials on the viscosity of heavy medium suspension used in coal preparation was studied by means of a rotational viscometer.The results showed that the viscosity of suspension increased with the increase of solid volume fraction.When the volume fraction increased to 25%~30%,the viscosity of suspension increased sharply with the increase of solid volume fraction.Under the same volume fraction,the true density of materials had no significant influence on the viscosity,but the surface wettability had a significant influence on it.Meanwhile,the viscosity of suspension formed by hydrophilic materials was obviously higher than that of hydrophobic materials.When particle sizes changed from 250 to 45μm,the viscosity of materials did not change much.When particle sizes were less than 45μm,the viscosity of hydrophilic materials increased,while the viscosity of hydrophobic materials decreased.Therefore,in the production of heavy medium coal preparation,appropriate suspension shunt should be selected to ensure the medium viscosity.
