摘 要:为提高直升机坠撞时约束系统对乘员的保护能力,参照现有汽车约束系统设计方法,对某直升机的约束系统进行开发。通过建立直升机驾驶舱和约束系统有限元模型,研究坠撞工况下乘员的姿态变化,对乘员损伤情况进行评估。根据约束系统各参数灵敏度分析结果,确定影响乘员伤害指标(WIC)最大的4个参数,利用正交试验和极差分析,分析各约束参数对乘员损伤的影响,并获得具有最低WIC值的设计参数,优化后的乘员WIC值较优化前降低了8.80%。In order to improve the protection ability of the restraint system to the occupant during helicopter crash,the restraint system of a helicopter is developed according to the existing design methods of automobile restraint system.By establishing the finite element model of helicopter cockpit and restraint system,the attitude change of the occupant under crash condition is studied,and the occupant damage condition is evaluated.According to the sensitivity analysis results of each parameter of the restraint system,the four parameters that have the greatest influence on occupant injury index(WIC) are determined.Orthogonal test and range analysis are used to analyze the effects of constraint parameters on occupant damage,and the design parameters with the lowest WIC value are obtained.The optimized occupant WIC value is reduced by 8.80% compared with that before optimization.
