摘  要:为了研究地铁振动诱发上盖住宅的室内结构噪声特征,针对某地铁车辆段试车线上盖住宅进行了现场实测,分析了室内结构噪声在时域和频域内的声学特性及衰减规律,探讨了不同车速对上盖住宅室内结构噪声的影响规律。结果表明:当试车线上列车正常运行时,上盖住宅各楼层室内会产生结构噪声,楼板振动与室内结构噪声具有一定的相关性;室内声学特性对于室内结构噪声的频率分布有极大影响,各层室内结构噪声的主要频带均分布在4~40 Hz,且峰值频率均与室内声模态频率接近;室内结构噪声会随楼层的增大先减小后增大,室内结构噪声的中频成分会随楼层的增大迅速衰减;车速对上盖住宅室内结构噪声有较大影响,总体随车速增大呈放大趋势,但在建筑物楼板竖向自振频率附近并非车速越大结构噪声越大。To study the characteristics of indoor structural noise in over-track residences induced by subway vibration,the field measurement of over-track residence on the testing line of a metro depot was carried out,the acoustic characteristics and attenuation law of indoor structure noise in the time domain and the frequency domain were analyzed,and the influence law of different train speed on indoor structural noise of over-track residence was discussed.The results show that,when the train is in normal operation on the testing line,indoor structural noise of each floor of the over-track residence will be produced,and the floor vibration and indoor structural noise have a certain correlation.Indoor acoustic characteristics greatly affect the frequency distribution of indoor structural noise,the main frequency bands of indoor structure noise on each floor are distributed between 4 to 40 Hz,and the peak frequency is close to the indoor acoustic modal frequency.The indoor structural noise decreases at first and then increases as the floor increasing.The mid-frequency component of the indoor structural noise rapidly attenuates with the floor increasing.The train speed greatly affects over-track residence indoor structural noise,which generally increases with the increase of the speed of the train.But at close to the vertical natural vibration frequency of the building floor,it is not that the greater the speed,the greater the indoor structural noise.
