摘 要:目的:探讨基于3D打印导板引导下125⁃I放射性粒子植入治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤的优势。方法:收集新疆医科大学附属口腔医院颌面肿瘤外科2016年1月~2022年1月收治入院并诊断为头颈部恶性肿瘤患者共40例,数字化设计联合3D打印组(n=20)和传统组(n=20),对比两种手术方法的手术效果,评价术后疼痛、肿瘤直径变化、肿瘤转移及复发等情况。结果:实施3D打印导板引导下进行粒子植入的患者,其手术时间较传统手术组明显缩短,术后疼痛明显减轻。采用3D打印导板引导下进行粒子植入患者的肿瘤最大直径较传统手术组明显缩小。结论:数字化设计联合3D打印技术辅助125⁃I粒子植入术不仅提高了手术的精确性,而且减少手术时间和患者术后的疼痛,值得临床推广。Objective:To evaluate the advantages of 125⁃I radioactive seed implantation in the treatment of head and neck malignant tumors based on a preplanned 3D printed guide plate.Methods:A total of 40 patients diagnosed with head and neck malignant tumor admitted to the Department of Maxillofacial Tumor Surgery,Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2016 to January 2022 were collected,including the digital design combined with 3D printing group(n=20)and the traditional group(n=20).The operative effect and postoperative pain of the two methods were compared.Results:Compared with the traditional operation group,the operation time and postoperative pain of the patients with 3D printing for seed implantation were significantly shorter.The maximum tumor diameter in patients guided by 3D print⁃ing was significantly smaller than that in the traditional group.Conclusion:Digital design combined with 3D printing technolo⁃gy to assist 125⁃I seed implantation not only improves the accuracy of the operation,but also reduces the operation time and postoperative pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
