摘　　要：目的:探究反刍思维在护理学专业学生完美主义与学业拖延的中介效应。方法:本研究使用中文版佛罗斯特多维完美主义心理量表、中文版反刍思维量表、Lay一般拖延量表对412名护理学专业学生进行测量。结果:积极完美主义与学业拖延呈现负相关(r=-0.513,P<0.05),与反刍思维呈现负相关(r=-0.478,P<0.05),消极完美主义与学业拖延呈现正相关(r=0.450,P<0.05),与反刍思维呈现正相关(r=0.447,P<0.05),反刍思维与学业拖延呈现正相关(r=0.581,P<0.05);反刍思维在积极完美主义和学业拖延存在部分中介效应,效应占比为34.6%,反刍思维在消极完美主义和学业拖延存在部分中介效应,效应占比为47.1%。结论:反刍思维在积极完美主义、消极完美主义和学业拖延存在部分中介效应,反刍思维和完美主义是学业拖延的影响因素。Objective:This study aimed to explore the mediating effect of rumination on the relationship between perfectionism and academic procrastination in nursing students.Methods:The Chinese version of the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale,the Chinese version of the Rumination Response Scale,and the Lay General Procrastination Scale were used to measure 412 nursing students.Results:Positive perfectionism was negatively correlated with academic procrastination(r=-0.513,P<0.05)and rumination(r=-0.478,P<0.05).Negative perfectionism was positively correlated with academic procrastination(r=0.450,P<0.05)and rumination(r=0.447,P<0.05).Rumination was positively correlated with academic procrastination(r=0.581,P<0.05).Rumination partially mediated the relationship between positive perfectionism and academic procrastination,with a mediation effect of 34.6%.Rumination also partially mediated the relationship between negative perfectionism and academic procrastination,with a mediation effect of 47.1%.Conclusion:Rumination partially mediates the relationship between positive perfectionism,negative perfectionism,and academic procrastination.Both rumination and perfectionism are influencing factors for academic procrastination.
