摘  要:目的:临床教学是知识型向能力型转化的关键性教育环节,是医学教育改革的重心,文章旨在探讨虚拟现实技术在该领域的应用优势以及发展趋势,为后续研究的开展提供参考依据。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的90篇相关文献为对象,提取文献的关键信息进行文献计量分析。结果:2000年至2020年的发文量和支持的科研基金项目量大致呈现上升趋势。发文机构有较强的区域性,论文期刊来源比较分散,影响力较局限。应用VR技术进行临床教学研究的学科有21个,其中发文量前十的临床学科集中在外科系统。结论:虚拟现实技术在临床教学研究中的应用日益增加,尤其在外科系统的临床教学中具有重要的应用前景,值得进一步推广。Objective:Clinical teaching is a crucial educational stage in the transition from knowledge-based to competency-based medical education.This article aims to explore the advantages and development trends of virtual reality(VR)technology in this field,providing a reference for future research.Methods:A total of 90 relevant articles from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database were selected,and key information from these articles was extracted for bibliometric analysis.Results:The number of publications and research projects supported by funding showed an increasing trend from 200 to 2020.Research institutions were regionally concentrated,and the sources of journal publications were diverse but with limited impact.There were 21 disciplines involved in clinical teaching research using VR technology,with the top ten disciplines in terms of publication volume mainly related to surgical systems.Conclusion:The application of virtualreality technology in clinical teaching research is growing,especially in thefield of clinical teaching in surgical systems,where it holds significant promise and deserves further promotion.
