摘 要:研究目的:在我国铁路中广泛应用的预应力混凝土连续梁,一般采用固定约束体系,即设置一个纵向固定支座,其余均为纵向活动支座。本文首次对铁路大跨连续梁桥纵向弹性约束体系进行研究,介绍弹性约束体系的基本原理和支座刚度计算方法,提出连续梁下部结构组合刚度的概念,对梁部温度变形零点、桥梁下部结构受力、桥梁抗震以及轨道受力等进行分析。研究结论:(1)连续梁纵向弹性约束体系为多主墩协同受力,通过选择合适的弹性支座刚度,连续梁温度变形零点可以较好地控制在中跨跨中附近,有效地减小梁部温度联长;(2)减小了连续梁固定约束制动墩水平力和轨道伸缩力,降低了轨道应力24%左右;(3)降低了下部结构水平纵向组合刚度,延长了桥梁结构自振周期,提升了结构抗震性能;(4)本文成果可以在铁路大跨度连续梁上推广应用。Research purposes:The prestressed concrete continuous beam widely used in China's railway generally adopts a fixed restraint system,that is,a longitudinal fixed bearing is set,and the rest are longitudinal movable bearings.In this paper,the longitudinal elastic restraint system of railway long-span continuous beam bridge is studied for the first time,the basic principle of elastic restraint system and the calculation method of bearing stiffness are introduced,the concept of combined stiffness of continuous beam substructure is proposed,and the temperature deformation zero point of beam,the stress of bridge substructure,the earthquake resistance of bridge and the stress of track are analyzed.Research conclusions:(1)The longitudinal elastic restraint system of continuous beam is the coordinated force of multiple main piers,and by selecting the appropriate elastic support stiffness,the temperature deformation zero point of the continuous beam can be better controlled near the middle of the middle span,and the temperature joint length of the beam can be effectively reduced.(2)The horizontal force and track telescopic force of the fixed constraint brake pier of the continuous beam are reduced,and the track stress is reduced by about 24%.(3)The horizontal and longitudinal combined stiffness of the substructure is reduced,the self-vibration cycle of the bridge structure is prolonged,and the seismic performance of the structure is improved.(4)The technical achievements can be popularized and applied on the long-span continuous beam of the railway.
