现代中医文献中中药治疗岭南地区胃食管反流病用药规律的数据挖掘

摘　　要：【目的】探讨现代中医文献中中药治疗岭南地区胃食管反流病的用药特点及组方规律。【方法】检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据(Wanfang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中有关中药治疗岭南地区胃食管反流病的相关文献。对筛选得到的文献数据采用Excel软件对处方药物的使用频数、性味归经进行统计,采用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0的Apriori算法分析核心药物关联规则,通过Cytoscape对高频药物构建复杂网络图,通过IBM SPSS Statistics 24软件实现系统聚类分析。【结果】共纳入141篇文献,涉及166首处方,包含178味中药。出现频次≥20次的高频中药有25味,前10味药物为甘草、半夏、柴胡、黄连、白芍、茯苓、党参、陈皮、枳壳、海螵蛸。用药以温性药、辛味药为主,药物归经主要归肺、胃、脾、肝经。在支持度≥20%且置信度≥80%,得到两味药的关联规则6条,3味药的关联规则10条。通过聚类分析得到5个聚类处方组合。【结论】现代中医治疗岭南地区胃食管反流病的用药轻清,不拘于药性,凡行散燥化之品皆相宜;以行气降逆为主,配合辛开苦降,以调畅气机,健运脾胃;胃食管反流病非独治脾胃,亦可从肝、肺治之。Objective To explore the regularity of Chinese medicine medication and prescription for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)in the Lingnan area in modern Chinese medical literature.Methods The relevant literature on Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of GERD in Lingnan area was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and CBM database.The data of the included literature were counted by Excel software in terms of the frequency of use,and the distribution of properties,flavors and meridian tropism of the prescribed drugs.The Apriori algorithm of IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to analyze the core drug association rules,a complex network diagram was constructed for high-frequency drugs by Cytoscape,and IBM SPSS Statistics 24software was used to achieve hierarchical clustering analysis.Results A total of 141 articles were included,involving 166 prescriptions and 178 Chinese medicines.There were 25 high-frequency herbs with a frequency being or over 20 times,and the top 10 medicines were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,Coptidis Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Poria,Codonopsis Radix,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Aurantii Fructus,and Endoconcha Sepiae.The drugs were mainly warm and pungent in property,and mainly had the meridian tropism of the lung,stomach,spleen and liver meridians.With support≥20%and confidence≥80%,6 association rules for two herbs and 10 association rules for 3 herbs were obtained.Five clustered prescriptions were obtained after cluster analysis.Conclusion In modern Chinese medicine,the herbal medicines for the treatment of GERD in the Lingnan area are relatively light and mild in nature and have clearing action,with regardless of the medicinal properties,and the herbs with the activating,dispersing and drying actions are all suitable for GERD.The herbal medicines for GERD focus on promoting qi movement and lowering rebellious qi,used together with acrid medicines for dispersing and bitter medicines for descending,so as to regulate the qi movement and str
