摘　　要：玻璃体切除术(PPV)是一种精细操作的手术方式,目前适用于治疗各种视网膜疾病,术后早期或晚期的各种机制可致眼压升高和随后的青光眼性视神经病变。术前筛查高危人群,术中选择合适手术方式及玻璃体填充物,术后密切监测眼压有助于预防和减少术后高眼压的发生。对于术后高眼压采取及时治疗可以保护视神经和视功能。因此本文就行PPV术后高眼压的影响因素和应采取的处理措施进行了简要综述。Pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)is a delicate surgical procedure currently used to treat a variety of retinal diseases.Early or late postoperative mechanisms may lead to increased intraocular pressure and subsequent glaucomatous optic neuropathy.Preoperative screening of high-risk groups,intraoperative selection of appropriate surgical methods and vitreous substitutes,and postoperative close monitoring of intraocular hypertension are helpful to prevent and reduce the occurrence of intraocular hypertension.Timely treatment for postoperative ocular hypertension can protect the optic nerve and visual function.This article briefly have reviewed the influencing factors of intraocular hypertension after PPV and the measures to be taken.
