摘 要:基于生物分子构筑的生物金属有机框架(BioMOF)不仅具有传统MOF的特点,而且还具有许多潜在的生物应用,已引起广泛关注。以氨基酸为例,简述了其作为配体的优点、与金属离子的配位模式以及主要的生物应用。分析表明,氨基酸配位模式多样,羧基(-COOH)和氨基(-NH2)均可以与金属离子配位。通过对生物载药、荧光传感、生物抑菌和手性分离四方面应用进展的介绍,表明该类BioMOF在生物医药领域具有巨大的潜在应用。Biometal organic framework(BioMOF)based on biomolecules not only has the characteristics of traditional MOF,but also has lots of potential biological applications,which has attracted widespread attention.This article takes amino acids as an example and briefly describes their advantages as ligands,coordination modes with metal ions and the main biological applications.It shows that amino acid has diverse coordination modes and both carboxyl(-COOH)and amino(-NH 2)all can coordinate with metal ions.Through the introduction of the application progress in four aspects:biological loading drug,fluorescence sensing,biological inhibition and chiral separation.It indicated that BioMOF based on amino acids as ligands has huge potential applications in the field of biomedicine.
