摘 要:社会经济发展和新一轮科技革命的冲击,催生了对跨学科复合型人才的迫切需求。我国也明确提出高等教育要“促进多学科交叉和融合,重点扩大应用型、复合型、技能型人才培养规模”。2017年,浙江工业大学推出了金融学(量化金融)专业,实施“量化+金融+实战”复合型人才培养模式。以量化金融专业为例,分析跨学科复合型人才培养模式在师资储备、实习实践条件和学生学习动力等方面存在的问题和挑战,提出相关对策建议,为跨学科复合人才培养提供借鉴和参考。The impact of social and economic development and the new round of scientific and technological revolution has brought about the urgent demand for interdisciplinary talents.It is also clearly put forward that higher education should “promote multi-disciplinary integration and focus on expanding the training scale of applied,compound and skilled talents”.In 2017,Zhejiang University of Technology launched finance(quantitative finance)major and implemented the “quantitative + financial + actual combat” compound talent training mode.Taking the quantitative finance major as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges existing in the training mode of interdisciplinary compound talents in the aspects of teacher reserve,limited practice conditions and insufficient learning motivation of students,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for the training of interdisciplinary compound talents.
