摘  要:针对新时代立德树人与专业认证“互融互促”的要求,基于产出导向理念,分析了当前课程思政存在的主要问题,并通过强化专业课教师的思想政治意识和育人能力,优化“以学生为中心”的专业人才培养方案和课程教学大纲,构建“面向产出”的课程思政育人效果考核评价体系,建立课程思政育人效果的监督、反馈与持续改进机制,对课程思政建设进行了有益探索。结果表明,以“学生中心,产出导向,持续改进”理念对课程思政进行反向优化设计,是实现课程思政育人效果提升的有效路径。In view of the requirements of “mutual integration and promotion” of moral education and professional accreditation in the new era,the main problems existing in the current curriculum ideology and politics were analyzed based on the output oriented concept,and the construction of curriculum ideology and politics was explored deeply by strengthening the ideological and political awareness and educational ability of professional teachers,optimizing the “student-centered” professional talent training program and curriculum syllabus,and constructing an “output oriented” curriculum ideology and politics evaluation system,as well as establishing the supervision,feedback and continuous improvement mechanism.The results show that the reverse optimization design of curriculum ideology and politics with the concept of “student-centered,output oriented and continuous improvement” is an effective way to improve the effect of curriculum ideology and politics.
