摘 要:[目的]探究不同浓度植物生长调节剂28-高芸苔素内酯对油茶果实经济性状及营养品质的影响,筛选出可使油茶增产提质的最适浓度。[方法]选用‘长林53号’油茶为研究对象,于油茶初花期、果实缓慢生长期、快速生长期和油脂转化期喷施0.020 mg/L(T1)、0.025 mg/L(T2)、0.033 mg/L(T3)、0.050 mg/L(T4)、0.067 mg/L(T5)的28-高芸苔素内酯,对照(CK)喷施等量清水,测定果实成熟期油茶产油量、产量等果实经济性状和可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量等营养品质指标,并用相关性分析、主成分分析和结构方程模型分析对其进行综合评价。[结果]各浓度28-高芸苔素内酯处理下油茶果实的经济性状和营养品质较对照有所提高,且随着叶面喷施28-高芸苔素内酯浓度的提高,各指标(除单果质量)的值呈先上升后下降的变化趋势。在T3处理即0.033 mg/L的浓度下,油茶的果实性状、干出籽出仁率、含油率和营养品质较对照显著提高,各处理的综合得分由高到低排序为T3、T2、T4、T1、T5、CK。营养品质和果实性状可通过影响产量,最终影响油茶产油量。[结论]综合不同处理下油茶的经济性状和营养品质表现可知,28-高芸苔素内酯对油茶的产量和产油量都有促进作用,适宜浓度的28-高芸苔素内酯可提高油茶果实经济性状及营养品质,而较高浓度反而作用甚微,本研究中28-高芸苔素内酯的最佳施用浓度为0.033 mg/L。【Objective】In order to study the effects of different concentrations of 28-homobrassinolideon,a kind of plant growth regulator,on the economic characters and nutritional quality of Camellia oleifera fruit,and screen out the most appropriate concentration for improving yield and quality of C.oleifera.【Method】C.oleifera‘Changlin 53’was selected as the research object,and concentrations of 0.020 mg/L(T1),0.025 mg/L(T2),0.033 mg/L(T3),0.050 mg/L(T4),0.067 mg/L(T5)of 28-homobrassinolide was sprayed at the initial flowering stage,the slow growing stage,the fast growing stage and the oil synthesis period of C.oleifera,the control(CK)was sprayed with the same amount of water as well.Later,the indexes of economic characters and nutritional quality of C.oleifera during fruit maturity were measured,such as oil yield per plant,yield per plant,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content,and the indexes were comprehensively evaluated by correlation analysis,principal component analysis and structural equation model analysis.【Result】Compared with the control,the economic characters and nutritional quality of C.oleifera fruit treated with 28-homobrassinolide at different concentrations are significantly improved.With the increase of the concentration of 28-homobrassinolide sprayed on the leaves,most indexes(except the single fruit mass)showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Under the concentration of 0.033 mg/L in T3 treatment,the fruit characters,kernel content ratio in dry seed,oil content and nutritional quality of C.oleifera were significantly improved when compared with the control.The comprehensive scores of each treatment was ranked decreased as T3,T2,T4,T1,T5,CK.By having an effect on yield per plant,nutritional quality and fruit characters can ultimately had an influence on the oil yield of C.oleifera.【Conclusion】According to the performance of economic characters and nutritional quality of C.oleifera under different treatments,28-homobrassinolide can promote the yield and oil y
