数字化投资与制造企业成长绩效关系研究——基于双元创新的中介效应

摘　　要：基于数字化投资和双元创新能力理论视角,以2015—2020年沪深制造业A股上市公司为研究样本,实证研究数字化投资对企业成长绩效的影响,分析了探索性与应用性创新在数字化投资与公司成长绩效之间的中介效果,探讨企业风险承担水平对数字化投资与企业成长绩效是否存在调节效应。回归分析结果发现:(1)政府数字化投资与企业数字化投资均对企业成长绩效具有积极影响;(2)双元创新能力在数字化投资与企业成长绩效间起显著中介作用,应用性创新能力分别在政府数字化投资、企业数字化投资与企业成长绩效间起部分中介作用,探索性创新能力在政府数字化投资、企业数字化投资与企业成长绩效间起部分中介作用;(3)企业风险承担水平在数字化投资与企业成长绩效之间发挥了调节效应,风险承担水平越高,数字化投资对企业成长绩效的影响效应越强。基于研究结论,提出制造企业利用数字化投资,提升双元创新能力,推进数字产业高质量发展的建议。Based on the theoretical perspective of digital investment and dual innovation capabilities,this article takes the 2015—2020 Shanghai and Shenzhen manufacturing A-share listed companies as the research sample,empirically studies the impact of digital investment on corporate growth performance,and analyzes the impact of incremental and breakthrough innovation in digitalization.The mediating effect between investment and company growth performance,to explore whether the level of corporate risk taking has a moderating effect on digital investment and corporate growth performance.The regression analysis results show that:(1)Both government digital investment and enterprise digital investment have a positive impact on enterprise growth performance;(2)Ambidextrous innovation ability plays a significant mediating role between digital investment and enterprise growth performance,and incremental innovation ability is in government digital investment,enterprise digital investment and enterprise growth performance play a partial intermediary role,and breakthrough innovation ability plays a partial mediating role between government digital investment,enterprise digital investment and enterprise growth performance;There is a moderating effect between corporate growth performance,and it is found that the higher the level of risk taking,the stronger the impact of digital investment on corporate growth performance.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward suggestions for manufacturing enterprises to use digital investment to enhance the dual innovation capability and promote the high-quality development of the digital industry.
