摘  要:《中国制造2025》提出建设制造业强国,创新是关键,人才是根本。综合实训课程肩负着无机非金属材料工程实践创新人才培养的使命。针对实训教学中学生存在的“专业情怀、使命、担当意识不强,专业理论转化成综合实践创新能力不足,专业思维能力不能迅速适应岗位要求”等问题,团队依托该地区瓷艺非物质文化遗产,秉承“以训明理、以训赋能、以训育人——三训铸器”教学理念,创建“任务驱动-自主探究-高阶挑战”教学模式,构建“共情-内化-重塑-践行”思政育人体系,创设产学研融合教学情境,旨在打造“五步六融合”实训课堂,弘扬中国优秀传统文化、传承工匠精神、培养新工科背景下中国制造实践创新人才。创新成果为工科同类课程提供教学范式,在兄弟院校同类专业中发挥示范引领作用,并得到产业界一致好评。"Made in China 2025"proposed building a manufacturing power,innovation is the key,talent is fundamental.This course shoulders the mission of cultivating innovative talents in inorganic non-metallic materials engineering practice.There exist the following problems:The students"professional feelings,mission,sense of responsibility is not strong.The professional theory into a comprehensive practical innovation ability is insufficient.The professional thinking ability can not quickly adapt to the job requirements.The teacher team relies on the region porcelain intangible cultural heritage andadheres to the teaching philosophy of"understanding the truth,increasing their ability,cultivating talents,and eventually growing into talents with good quality and noble soul".We create a"task-driven-independent inquiry-high-level challenge"teaching model,build"empathy-internalization-remodelingpractice"ideological and political education system,create a teaching situation of industry-university-research integration.The aim is to create"five steps six fusion"training classroom,carry forward China's excellent traditional culture,inherit the spirit of craftsmen,and cultivate innovative talents of Chinese manufacturing practice under the background of"new engineering".The innovative achievements have provided a teaching paradigm for similar engineering courses,played a leading role in the demonstration of similar majors in brother colleges,and received unanimous praise from the industry.
