摘 要:人工智能(AI)在骨科中表现出越来越强的影响力及良好的应用前景。脊柱矫形手术是脊柱畸形终末期的治疗方式,其创伤大、风险高、并发症多。AI可以根据患者情况选择治疗方案以减少手术并发症和改善手术结果,也可以分析特定手术患者的相关风险因素以预测并发症和结果,还可以设计更智能的置入物。利用AI辅助脊柱矫形手术可以取得较为满意的结果,该文就AI在脊柱矫形手术中的应用及研究进展作一综述。Artificial intelligence(AI)has shown more and more powerful influence and application prospects in orthopaedics,and spinal orthopaedic surgery is the end-stage treatment of spinal deformities.Spinal orthopedic surgery is highly invasive,with high risk and many complications.AI can choose the therapeutic regimens according to the patients'conditions to reduce surgical complications and improve surgical outcomes,and can also analyze risk factors associated with specific surgical patients to predict complications and outcomes,and design smarter implants.AI-assisted spinal orthopedic surgery can achieve satisfactory surgical results.This paper reviews the application of AI in spinal orthopedic surgery and summarizes its research progress.
