乳腺钼靶X线检查在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺钼靶X线检查在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法选取2021年6—11月本院收治的72例乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,均接受乳腺钼靶X线及病理检查。分析乳腺钼靶X线与术后病理诊断结果,分析乳腺钼靶X线诊断乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的价值,比较乳腺良、恶性肿瘤乳腺钼靶X线图像特征。结果72例乳腺肿瘤患者中,经病理检查确诊良性肿瘤60例,恶性肿瘤12例;乳腺钼靶X线检出良性肿瘤59例,恶性肿瘤13例。乳腺钼靶X线诊断乳腺肿瘤良、恶性的准确度为95.83%、灵敏度为91.67%、特异度为96.67%,与术后病理检查均为100.00%相近,乳腺钼靶X线与病理诊断准确度、灵敏度、特异度比较差异无统计学意义。乳腺恶性肿瘤等密度、微小钙化、细小多形钙化形态、病灶边缘模糊、节段/线性钙化分布占比均高于乳腺良性肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺钼靶X线检查对乳腺良、恶性肿瘤有较高诊断鉴别价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the diagnostic value of mammography in benign and malignant breast tumor.Methods A total of 72 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from June to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom received mammography and pathological examination.The results of mammogram and postoperative pathological diagnosis were analyzed,the value of mammography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors were analyzed,the mammographic features of benign and malignant breast tumors were compared.Results Among the 72 patients with breast tumors,60 cases of benign tumors and 12 cases of malignant tumors were confirmed by pathological ex-amination;59 cases of benign tumors and 13 cases of malignant tumors were detected by molybdenum target X-ray.The accuracy of breast molybde-num X-ray was 95.83%,sensitivity was 91.67%and specificity was 96.67%,which were similar to all 100.00%postoperative pathological examina-tion,there was no statistical difference in accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of between molybdenum X-ray and pathological diagnosis.The propor-tion of isodensity,micro-calcification,fine polymorphic calcification,blurred lesion edges,and segment/linear calcification distribution in malignant breast tumors were higher than those in benign breast tumors,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mammography has high diagnostic value for benign and malignant breast tumors,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
