玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月于本院接受治疗的82例干眼症患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同分为两组,每组41例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗,比较两组临床效果、病情改善时间、治疗前后表面规则指数(SRI)和表面非对称指数(SAI)、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状消失时间、泪液分泌量恢复正常时间均短于对照组,泪膜破裂时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SRI、SAI指数比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组SRI、SAI指数均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症临床效果确切,可改善患者病情,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium vitrate eye drops combined with bevosol eye drops in the treatment of dry eye disease.Methods 82 patients with dry eye disease treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study sub-jects,and they were divided into the two groups according to different treatment regimens,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treat-ed with sodium vitrate eye drops,and the observation group was treated with sodium vitrate eye drops combined with bevosol eye drops,the clinical effects,improvement time,surface regularity index(SRI)and surface asymmetry index(SAI)before and after treatment,and the occurrence of ad-verse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of symptoms and the time of return to normal tear secretion in the observation group were shorter than the control group,and the time of tear film rupture was longer than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the SRI and SAI indices between the two groups;after treatment,the SRI and SAI indices of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Sodium vitrate eye drops combined with Bevosol eye drops are clinically effective in the treatment of dry eye disease,and can improve the condition of patients has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
